*Applicants MUST have agency experience**Brand Leader of Harper Harrison (Data Centers) in Miami*The OverviewBased on a combination of both office and brand performance, we are extremely excited to promote this opportunity for an experienced billing manager to take the reins of THE most successful team in the US right now. We are actively looking for a hands-on people manager, to complement the existing team & look to build out a complimentary market within the Data Centre sphere. This pivotal role will help drive the success and expansion of our Harper Harrison through 2025 and beyond.
Highlights- Take on PNL of a team of 4, currently performing at $41k PPH.
- People Management responsibilities of existing team & build of new market.
- BD / Job flow support from Commercial Team.
- Mentorship from Global Brand Director.
- $80-120k base + team override + $500-750k equity proceeds.
- Relocation Assistance (UK / OZ to US or State to State)
- Scale brand to 12+ heads across entry level & experienced talent in the next 12/8 months.
- U.S. data center market is expected to exceed $38 billion by 2028
- Demand is being driven by AI, cloud computing, and digital infrastructure projected CAGR: 10.5% through 2028.
- Miami is emerging as a Tier II hot spot for edge and international colocation builds.
What are we looking for?- Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout.
- Sales and Recruitment experience required.
- A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
- Experience in leading a candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business.
- A self-motivated, and initiative-taker attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing leadership team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
